HawaiianMiles Password - Lost / Forgot / Reset


Forgot your HawaiianMiles password? Or locked out of your account? Resetting your HawaiianMiles password is only a few keystrokes or a phone call away.  Not to worry, it happens to the best of us. Follow our step-by-step guide and you’ll be just fine. 


Reset Your Password Online

  1. Visit our Reset Password page.
  2. When prompted, enter your Username or HawaiianMiles Account Number.
  3. Click on the “Send me an email” button. The verification email may take up to a few minutes to receive.
  4. After you receive email, please click on the provided reset password link.
  5. Enter a new valid password.

Please note that the verification email may take few minutes to show up in your inbox. If you still did not get the email, check to see if it was sent to a junk folder. Also, be sure to check the correct email inbox, the email will be sent to the primary email assigned to your HawaiianMiles account.

For your protection, password requests cannot be processed through email or our Contact Us form. 


By Phone

If you prefer, you may reset your password by phone by calling Hawaiian Airlines Web Support for further assistance. Even if you don't have an email address associated with your account, we can help you add one so you can request your password.

Locked Out?


Your account will automatically lock after the 3rd unsuccesful attempt to log in. You can use the steps above to unlock your account and try again. If you are still having trouble, please call Hawaiian Airlines Web Support and we can guide you through the process. Once you have answered a few verification questions, we will send you a reset password link and you’ll be on your way.
